A Lifetime Built in Construction.

Ken's father immigrated from Italy at 18, bringing a strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship. By the time Ken was born, his father had become a master stone mason with a reputation built on quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Raised in a blue-collar family, Ken was introduced to construction early and began working alongside his father at 10 years old—helping build homes, install marble and tile flooring, renovate bathrooms and work through a range of residential projects.

At 13, Ken and his father started a granite fabrication business in New York, giving Ken hands-on experience in both production and installation.

While working in the family business, he pursued formal education in construction and design, earning a certificate in Architectural Drafting by the time he graduated high school. That combination—field experience plus fluency in plans, layouts and construction documents—shaped how he works today.

In 2001, Ken expanded operations by opening a Georgia office, serving a larger market. After many years of growth, his father retired and the business was sold.

In 2010, Ken moved to the general contracting side of the industry, spending the next decade-plus estimating and managing projects across the United States—covering preconstruction, estimating, project management and field operations.

That work spanned government and military facilities, hospitality projects, high-rise multifamily developments, mixed-use buildings, retail, commercial renovations and large-scale construction. Travelling to projects nationwide gave Ken insight into virtually every aspect of the construction process.

By 2023, after years on the road, Ken chose to focus on helping contractors and owners directly. Drawing on decades of hands-on construction experience, business ownership, estimating expertise and project management knowledge, he launched his consulting career to help clients navigate complex projects more efficiently and successfully.

Everything Ken knows about construction began with his father—the knowledge he shared, the standards he set and the work ethic he instilled. Though retired, his father remains one of Ken's most trusted advisors, still a phone call away for perspective and advice.
